Terms of Service

Last Updated: [12/09/2026]

Welcome to Harakah Clinic. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or booking our consultations and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Harakah Clinic is a digital-first integrative health practice offering Islamic and complementary health care for women, including digital products, consultations, the Harakah Method programme, personalised herbal remedies, functional testing and ongoing care.

2. Important Health Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully.

Harakah Clinic provides integrative and complementary health care grounded in Islamic medicine and supported by health science. Our services are intended to support your overall wellbeing and complement, not replace, the care of your GP, doctor or other regulated healthcare professionals.

We do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions in the way a licensed medical doctor does, and nothing we provide should be taken as a substitute for conventional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should not stop, start or change any prescribed medication or medical treatment based on our services without first consulting your doctor.

Our remedies and recommendations are not a replacement for emergency or urgent medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or thoughts of harming yourself, please contact 999, NHS 111, or your GP immediately.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed medical condition, you must let us know and consult your doctor before taking any herbal remedy or supplement we provide, as some may not be suitable for you.

3. Your Responsibilities

To keep your care safe and effective, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications and medical history, to keep us informed of any relevant changes, and to follow guidance responsibly. You agree to use our website and services lawfully, and you are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. Our services are intended for adults (18+).

4. Bookings, Payments and Cancellations

Prices for our products and services are listed on our website and may change at our discretion. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Where a programme is offered with an instalment option, enrolling commits you to the full programme fee. Instalments are a payment convenience, not a rolling subscription.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, we ask for at least 72 hours' notice. Missed appointments, or cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, cannot be refunded or credited.

5. Refunds

Our full Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains when refunds do and do not apply. In summary, digital products, consultations, programmes, functional tests and personalised remedies are non-refundable, save for your statutory rights and the specific circumstances set out in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our products and programmes, including text, graphics, logos, images, remedies, frameworks and materials, is the property of Harakah Clinic and is protected by copyright. It is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or share it in any form without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, products and services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and while our services are delivered with genuine care and skill, individual results naturally vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harakah Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
